The Victoria Golf Club Maintenance Facility

The Victorian Golf Club Maintenance Facility was designed to enhance one of Melbourne’s premier golf destinations with purpose-built infrastructure.

The scope of works included demolition of an existing residential dwelling and construction of three state-of-the-art maintenance facilities to support groundskeeping operations.

Key elements of delivery included extensive ground stabilisation and installation of fit-for-purpose service infrastructure, all completed while maintaining uninterrupted access to existing facilities - to ensure the smooth operation of the golf course.
