Dominic’s professional portfolio spans the commercial, residential, and industrial sectors, in which he has delivered projects valued at up to $80 million. Co-founding McCollSmith in 2014, Dominic has focused on growing the business by personally embedding himself in project delivery roles, ensuring ongoing service excellence in various new builds, fit-outs, and commercial refurbishment projects. Process-driven and possessing supreme attention to detail, Dominic immerses himself in each project he works on, bringing with him a collaborative work ethic and an open communication style.

Jerad is an accomplished commercial builder with an unlimited commercial building license and a broad range of experience in education, defence, health, and institutional projects valued up to $40 million. With over 20 years of experience in project delivery roles in Australia and the United Kingdom, Jerad has consolidated his successful track record by co-founding McCollSmith. Driven to deliver successful project outcomes, Jerad recognises the importance of company management staying connected, and he continues to play an active role in delivering McCollSmith projects.

With over 27 years of experience in the building and construction industry, Angus brings extensive technical knowledge and proven leadership to his role as General Manager. He is recognised for his reliability, strong work ethic and commitment to excellence across all aspects of project delivery. Drawing on a deep understanding of the entire construction process, Angus ensures every project is executed to the highest standard, from planning through to completion.

Mick joined McCollSmith in 2023 as a Project Manager and brings extensive experience in managing complex, high-end, architectural residential and commercial projects. He is a respected leader known for his excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. With a well-rounded technical and commercial background, Mick applies a strategic approach to project delivery - balancing contractual requirements and financial outcomes to achieve exceptional results for clients and project partners alike.
