St. Kevin’s College, Waterford

McCollSmith was engaged to transform a dilapidated, heritage-listed building at St Kevin’s College into a state-of-the-art auditorium.

Through careful planning and detailed assessment of existing conditions, the team successfully managed the complexities of the site. The project included intricate structural rectification, a full internal strip-out, facade restoration, construction of a mezzanine level, a new rear entry and premium finishes.

This resulted in delivering a highly functional, architecturally refined facility that supports the college’s performing arts programs and enriches the wider school community.
