Project Scope
This project delivered a new 2,000m² learning facility at Monash Special Development School, incorporating a STEM Centre, food technology spaces, active play areas, a library and multiple classroom and staff zones.
The development also included landscaped outdoor play areas and significant service upgrades, creating a comprehensive and contemporary educational environment.
Designed to meet the diverse needs of students and staff, the facility enhances learning opportunities, supports skill development and strengthens the school’s role as a vital resource for the wider community.
