Kinbase Mental Health Care Clinic

Located within the iconic Mail Exchange Building on the corner of Spencer and Bourke Streets in the heart of Melbourne, this project involved the fit out and refurbishment of a ground floor shell tenancy for Kinbase.

The project thoughtfully transforms an existing heritage space into a warm, welcoming and supportive environment, carefully balancing the character of one of the city’s most historic buildings with the functional requirements of a contemporary mental health clinic.

Kinbase will provide a dedicated, team-based mental health care service supporting children, adolescents and their families. The fit out includes consult rooms, interview spaces and associated support facilities, all designed to create a calm, comfortable and reassuring experience for young people, families and staff alike.
