Endota Spa - Bourke Street

Endota Spa involved the complete fit-out of an empty tenancy shell, incorporating a structural mezzanine level, new services and high-quality finishes.

The scope included delivery of a luxury day spa featuring eight treatment rooms, a retail and reception area, along with back-of-house amenities such as a laundry and staff facilities. In addition, the build comprised the construction of a dedicated ‘Barre’ fitness studio with its own reception area, completed as a separate tenancy within the facility.
