Faced with a complex, multi-faceted project, the McCollSmith team developed a comprehensive submission that carefully considered every aspect of the delivery strategy. This approach secured the award of this significant  package of construction works.

The works involved extensive demolition, site remediation, civil construction, internal fit-out and services upgrades. All elements were delivered to enhance functionality and support Caulfield Grammar School’s ongoing commitment to providing first-class educational facilities and a modern learning environment.
