Bayland Property Group

Bayland Property Group engaged our team to deliver a comprehensive fit-out and refurbishment of their open-plan office to accommodate their expanding property development team. The striking two-level workspace spans approximately 1,400 m² and was completed within a tight four-month construction program.

Works included high-end joinery, feature metal and timber detailing, polished architectural finishes and extensive glazing to maximise natural light throughout both levels. Complex service integrations and bespoke design elements were coordinated closely with the architect to ensure a seamless execution.

The project achieved an exceptional standard of finish and was recognised with the 2017 Melbourne Design Awards Silver Winner in the Office Category.
