Both Angus and Mick bring extensive industry experience, strong leadership qualities, and a commitment to driving excellence across every project we deliver. Their appointments mark an exciting next chapter for McCollSmith as we continue to grow and strengthen our capability in commercial construction.

Angus Jones brings more than 25 years of experience in the building industry and a proven track record of operational leadership. As General Manager, Angus will focus on business performance, client relationships, and strategic growth - ensuring McCollSmith continues to build on its strong reputation for integrity, reliability, and results.

Mick Gleeson has firmly established himself as an exceptional Project Manager during his time at McCollSmith, known for his calm leadership style and ability to deliver complex architectural and commercial builds. Mick’s sustained performance positions him perfectly for the next natural progression in his career: his appointment to Construction Manager. As Construction Manager, Mick will oversee project delivery across the business, ensuring our construction teams maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
